following terms and conditions refer to all transactions on
newbusinesstoolkit.co.uk. Red Evolution reserve the right to change
these terms and conditions at any time.
These terms
and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Purchasing
an item from us indicates your acceptance of these terms and
conditions.

Prices
We
work hard to ensure our website is up-to-date and accurate, however,
a price error may occur. If this is the case we will either contact
you to ask if you wish to cancel your order, or ask if you wish to
proceed with it at the correct price, or we will cancel your order
and refund your money. Red Evolution are under no obligation to sell
goods at the incorrect price.
3.
Delivery
Services are delivered Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.
The
delivery address must be the one registered to the credit/debit card
being used.
Once a sale
has been processed we will email you confirming delivery
arrangements.
4.
Charges
All
prices include delivery.
5.Remote
Areas
All prices include delivery to all areas
6.
Ordering
All orders made by you
through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose
not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you
or to anyone else in those circumstances.
7.
Custom Orders
Some of our
products can be custom made to your own specifications. Delivery
times will vary on these items, but this will be discussed with you
when you place your order.
8.
Returns
We hope you
will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you have the
right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day of delivery.
The following conditions must be met:

If these
conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
9.Faulty
Goods
Occasionally
there is a software bug with a product. We will always endeavor to rectify such a problem. However we use third party components and this may not always be possible.
